Born and raised in Ward 2's Monterey Gardens. I am a proud lifelong resident of Sault Ste. Marie. Raised in a tight-knit wartime housing family - the sixth of seven children to a WWII veteran and an Irish war bride - I learned the value of community early on. I graduated from Sault Collegiate and Algoma University, and I bring over 40 years of local public service, including 20 years with the Board of Works and 23 years working with local troubled youth. Though my three children had to leave town to find employment, my goal is to help build a stronger Sault Ste. Marie so the next generation can always find a home here.
